Jeremy’s journey in the realm of IT leadership culminated most recently at the renowned Innova Solutions, formerly recognized as ACS Solutions and American Cybersystems. Holding the role of Vice President and Global Head of IT Operations, he shouldered the monumental responsibility of overseeing the corporate IT function for an organization boasting 50,000 employees and annual revenues of $3 billion. His visionary leadership and strategic acumen played pivotal roles in propelling Innova Solutions towards innovation and unparalleled success.

In October 2019, Innova Solutions acquired SyApps, marking a pivotal moment in Jeremy’s career. Having served SyApps for over a decade as their Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, he further solidified his executive leadership prowess. In this capacity, he spearheaded and directed key initiatives, encompassing Managed IT Services, Digital Transformation, Cloud Enablement, and Compliance Advisory Services. His holistic approach to aligning technology with business objectives played a pivotal role in driving these services forward. Notably, Jeremy led a successful initiative to secure SyApps’s first-ever SOC 1 and 2 certifications, while ensuring compliance with HIPAA and PCI-DSS standards.

Prior to his remarkable tenure at Innova Solutions and SyApps, Jeremy Slater held an executive leadership position as the Director of Information Technology for Municipal Mortgage and Equity (MuniMae), a prominent real estate finance firm based in Baltimore. His leadership was instrumental in upholding the robustness and agility of MuniMae’s IT infrastructure.

Jeremy’s  career journey has traversed esteemed organizations, including Microsoft, the MSN Network, Chrysler Financial, WebTV, the U.S. Census Bureau, and other Fortune 500 companies. His roles as a Senior Engineer and Technical Project Manager were characterized by excellence, contributing significantly to project management, infrastructure development, and technological innovation.

Jeremy’s extensive skill set encompasses a wide spectrum of IT management functions, including adept management of data center operations, meticulous disaster recovery planning, seamless data migrations, storage solutions, strategic planning, LAN/WAN administration, telecommunications, and exacting compliance management.
